I have voluntarily lead over 100 team members to Peru, Kenya & Mexico, conducting aid work in local communities, promoting local development in-country and here in Canada.
Closer to home, I have worked with retail and manufacturing teams facilitating personal and professional development to increase impact, efficiency and high-performing team culture. I have achieved Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Certified Executive Coach (CEC) designation as a graduate of Royal Roads University, Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching. While coaching is an incredible tool identify my own and others potential, as the coaching profession becomes more known the impact of coaching is being realized every day.
Community is a crucial part of my development and growth. I volunteer alongside groups of local business leaders to host professional development reading groups (Leader Meetups) and a one-day local leadership event
Outside of the above, I am proud of my husband and father designations. Dad to 3 boys, I love family, exploring the outdoors on quads and traveling to underdeveloped parts of the world. My wife works with a non-profit organization in an administrative support role and I volunteer coach and train volunteer teams as they work locally and internationally. I have lived in BC most of my life and call Chilliwack home – and only an hour drive to reach endless outdoor activities!
I am committed to enhancing your confidence, knowledge and skills — if you are ready to grow as a leader, stretch yourself and your teams to reach your true potential — I welcome the conversation.
Let's create change that lasts.
